Due to the large volume of products that we sell, there may be a 2-4 day processing time to process any orders, and to pick and organise shipping. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
Our delivery time for Australian destinations (once processed) is between 3 and 12 working days depending on the destination and what your delivery requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware of a delay and keep you updated with the status of your order. Unfortunately we are unable to ship any rugs/items internationally.
Delivery address: Your delivery address must be a physical address where consignment can be signed for.
All products in stock will be available for pick up after 3 working days. This will allow us time to process your order. Once your order has been processed we will notify you that your item/s are ready for pick up. Products can only be picked up during HMC Floor Coverings trading hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00 Saturday morning (only by prior arrangement).
In store returns/ exchange: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery/ pick up and abide by all relevant above conditions. (Unauthorised returns will be refused.)
We use the third-party service Shippit to handle our deliveries which helps us organise the best and quickest service for delivery of your items.
You will receive SMS notifications directly from Shippit when your order is processed with information about your delivery and tracking codes.
